(記者 梁悅琴) 戴德梁行獲委託招標出售黃竹坑道44號盛德工業大廈近80%業權，意向價約22億元，截標日期9月10日正午12時。物業地盤面積約16,590平方呎，最高可建總樓面面積超逾24萬平方呎。
戴德梁行香港資本市場部執行董事葉健均表示，盛德工業大廈能集合大部分業權招標出售，步行兩分鐘內即達港鐵黃竹坑站，預期市場反應熱烈，將吸引長線投資者、發展商及基金蜂擁競投。近年在活化工廈政策下，不少資深投資者相繼購入工廈物業，作活化改裝或重建後再分拆出售。預計在多項新型商廈及酒店落成後，黃竹坑必將迅速崛起成為文化商貿新圈。
