The special unit of The Avenue with the price of HKD $36,167 per sq.ft which have hit a new high record
Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po (Reporter Leung Yuk Cum)City Point in the West of Tsuen Wan station sold the first batch of 591 units in one day,its second batch of 468 units have stopped receiving votes as of 4:00 p.m yesterday and will be on sale tomorrow morning.Sources, tired revenue by about 7,000 votes, over 14 times registration.On the other hand, the land located in Ship Street, Wan Chai sold with a high prices yesterday,The Avenue in the same district have announced to be increased 1-2% of the prices yesterday,including 33 extra units of Phase 1 which put up for sale in the same day,the characteristics households which located in the top floor with roof,at its sq.feet price of HKD $36,167 have hit a new high of the project. Developers continue to deliver the highest tax rate of 17.5% discount,the additional units up for sale next Monday.
Cheung Kong Real Estate Investment Director Lau Kai Man said the second batch of 468 units of City Point in Tsuen Wan West Station,will be on sale tomorrow morning,as for the 77 units which haven't launched the price list yet,will decide when will put up for sale after this batch of units launched on sale.He pointed out that the first batch of 591 units which put up for sale on last Saturday for example, 40% of buyers are come from Tsuen Wan,New Territories accounting for 30%, and other buyers come from Hong Kong Island and the New Territories.
The market have great demand on the properties,so the developers mainly put 3-bedrooms units up for sale
Cheung Kong Group senior sales manager Fung Hoi Lun pointed out that the second-batch of 468 units of City point which will be launched on sale tomorrow are mainly involved in 3-bedrooms units,the property offers remain discounts up to 15.75% of the price, 2 bedrooms with the highest discounted price from approximately HKD $4.59 million,3 bedrooms with the highest discounted price from approximately HKD $5.6 million,the discounted salable area sq.ft price was about HKD $7,900.
Centaline president of Asia Pacific,Mr Chan Wing Kit also said that in order to vote this grant through the Central Plains into the Gulf of Universal source distribution, accounting for about 75% of the old votes and new ticket about 25%,40% from Tsuen Wan, New Territories East for 20%, Kowloon accounted for 20-30%, accounting for 5% of Hong Kong Island.

The Avenue Phase 1 increased the price and put 33 extra units on sale
The Avenue Phase 1 in Wan Chai which was developed by Sino Land and Hopewell have a 1-2% of price increase price and put 33 extra units on sale including the special units located in top floor with the roof which first introduced,including 32 standard units,with an usable area 440 feet to 637 feet,pricing of HKD $1.1417 ten million to HKD $1.5482 ten million,the sq.ft price of HKD $22,273 to HKD $26,643 respectively.As for the characteristics of households which located in Flat B of 32/F,Tower 5,with a salable area of 1,046 feet, the platform area of 843 feet,pricing HKD $3.7831 ten million,or price of HDK $36,167 per sq.feet,it have hit the highest sq.ft price of this project and will be on sale next Monday.
As for the other new properties,Park Signature in Yuen Long sold out 5 units,The Avenue in Wan Chai,Long Beach in Tai Kok Tsui,The Reach in Yuen Long,Harbour Pinnacle in Tsim Sha Tsui,Serenade in Tai Hang and MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES in Quarry Bay have sold one unit respectively.
