理想中心申請改裝酒店

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 理想集團旗下觀塘道320至322號理想集團中心，現規劃為「其他指定用途」註明「商貿」，地盤面積約7,273呎，業主申請將現址11層高工廈，改裝成一幢200間房間的酒店，平均房間面積約204呎。經改裝後，地盤將提供非住用樓面約64,596呎，不超出現有工廈圖則所准許的樓面，大廈的高度及體積亦不會增加。

運通製衣大廈改酒店增房

　此外，金寶國際董事長李秀恆持有的葵涌運通製衣大廈，今年6月時獲批准改裝酒店，發展商近日再向城規會呈交新的修訂方案，修訂部分包括房間數量由564個增加至598個，平均房間面積約290呎。此外，亦就申請用途的標題上作修訂，由「酒店兼商店及食肆」改為「酒店」，以配合此發展計劃在其他政府部門申請程序上一致的用語。項目地盤面積約23,458呎，可建樓面約278,067呎，樓高13層。
