珠海新東升董事長1.05億入主深水埗The Campton商場同區住宅基座商場呎價一年間跌了逾32%

深水埗The Campton住宅基座商場近日以接近1.05億元易手，買家是來自珠海的新東升集團董事長鄭文強或其相關人士，成交平均價約為每平方呎6959港元，這筆交易亦包括了5個私家車位及1個電單車位。

位於福榮街201號的The Campton商場，此次交易包括地下及一樓，總建築面積約為15034平方呎，其中地下部分面積為6334平方呎，一樓為8700平方呎。

據報鄭文強已持有香港身份證，其集團主要從事樓市發展。

該商場由萬科香港開發，而萬科香港曾於今年6月以8380萬元沽出The Campton的公眾停車場，連同商場部分，總共套現超過1.88億港元。

去年，通州街256號West Park住宅基座商場地下至二樓在2023年9月以6800萬元售出，當時的平均呎價為每平方呎10272元，顯示同區住宅基座商場呎價在一年之間下跌了超過32%。
