中原地產新界東豪宅御龍山第一分行副分區營業經理周家傑表示，日前錄得火炭晉名峰C座中層C室成交，單位實用面積790平方呎，建築面積1,008平方呎，3房連套房間隔，望山景，叫價$3萬，議價後連車位以$2.85萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$36.1。
中原周家傑指，原業主於2008年以$574.5萬一手購入單位，持貨約14年，是次租出單位可享約6厘租金回報。
