　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎）灣仔道165至171號樂基中心全幢放售，中原(工商舖)工商部聯席董事林美珠表示，現址為一幢樓高20層高的銀座式商廈，地下及地庫為商舖，9至12樓為賓館，其餘樓層則為商業用途。該物業地盤面積約6,930方呎，涉及的總建築面積約10.2萬方呎，意向價約15億元。物業將以「現狀」、部分交吉及連租約形式出售，截標日期為6月18日。

　林氏指出，灣仔區鮮有單一業權的全幢物業放售，上述物業屬綜合式發展物業，集商舖、賓館及寫字樓於一身，租客類型多元化，由餐飲行業、教育機構、多間娛樂場所等組成，舖位租客有大型超市、銀行、連鎖式快餐店等，同時9樓至12樓現為一所商務酒店，提供36間客房。另外，該物業位處娛樂零售地段，可塑性高，既可改建為銀座式商廈、酒店或服務式住宅，亦可重新經調整租戶組合，以提升租金。
