香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）嘉里建設於屯門滿名山再錄4宗撻訂個案，而莊士集團旗下佐敦珀．軒則有2名買家最終未能收樓，合共161.7萬元訂金遭發展商沒收。

滿名山4個案殺訂173萬

根據一手住宅銷售資訊網顯示，滿名山於2月27日售出的滿庭第8座12樓B單位、12樓C單位及滿庭第3座17樓A單位、17樓B單位，在簽訂臨約後交易再未有進展，該4伙售價介乎513萬至1,433萬元，發展商殺訂合共173萬元。

另外，莊士集團於佐敦珀．軒已交樓，惟據成交記錄冊顯示，2名三年前採用建築期付款辦法入市的買家撻定收場，估計合共有逾160萬元定金遭發展商沒收。消息指，該2伙撻定戶已於昨日起重售。

據了解，是次撻訂單位涉及7樓D室及8樓F室，均為開放式間隔，成交價為539.9萬及538.2萬元，按相關條款，估計上述2名買家均已繳付樓價15%金額，合共涉款逾160萬元。
