滿名山珀軒錄撻訂

香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)嘉里建設於屯門滿名山再錄4宗撻訂個案,而莊士集團旗下佐敦珀.軒則有2名買家最終未能收樓,合共161.7萬元訂金遭發展商沒收。

滿名山4個案殺訂173萬

根據一手住宅銷售資訊網顯示,滿名山於2月27日售出的滿庭第8座12樓B單位、12樓C單位及滿庭第3座17樓A單位、17樓B單位,在簽訂臨約後交易再未有進展,該4伙售價介乎513萬至1,433萬元,發展商殺訂合共173萬元。

另外,莊士集團於佐敦珀.軒已交樓,惟據成交記錄冊顯示,2名三年前採用建築期付款辦法入市的買家撻定收場,估計合共有逾160萬元定金遭發展商沒收。消息指,該2伙撻定戶已於昨日起重售。

據了解,是次撻訂單位涉及7樓D室及8樓F室,均為開放式間隔,成交價為539.9萬及538.2萬元,按相關條款,估計上述2名買家均已繳付樓價15%金額,合共涉款逾160萬元。
