　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）原訂今日截標的清水灣道684號項目，中原昨日稱，因為颱風關係，截標日期更改為明天(8月16日)。據了解，遠東發展旗下西貢清水灣道684號的4幢洋房，意向售價約2.5億元，由於一手新例下，發展商透過全幢物業售予單一人士豁免製作樓書，但若新買家日後拆售該4幢洋房仍要重新印備樓書。
