波叔7.6億買尖沙咀舖

成波又再出手吸納核心區舖位。消息指,鄧氏新近購入尖沙咀彌敦道86至88號安樂大廈地下A1、A2、B及C舖連一、二樓,作價近7.6億元。地舖面積約2,690方呎,一、二樓面積共11,878方呎,合共面積達14,568方呎,按成交價計,折合呎價逾5.2萬元。物業目前有連鎖時裝店以每月160萬元承租,買家料享2.5厘回報。

元朗地舖呎價5.7萬

消息指,元朗牡丹街15至23號康德閣地下9號舖新近成交,面積約950方呎,成交價約5,400萬元,折合呎價約5.7萬元。

原業主為印度船王Chellaram家族,其於2014年中以3.628億元向新地購入一籃子舖位,總面積達7,490方呎。及後將物業拆分4件先後售出,合共套現約3.6億元,賬面蝕約200萬元。
