波叔7.6億買尖沙咀舖

成波又再出手吸納核心區舖位。消息指，鄧氏新近購入尖沙咀彌敦道86至88號安樂大廈地下A1、A2、B及C舖連一、二樓，作價近7.6億元。地舖面積約2,690方呎，一、二樓面積共11,878方呎，合共面積達14,568方呎，按成交價計，折合呎價逾5.2萬元。物業目前有連鎖時裝店以每月160萬元承租，買家料享2.5厘回報。

元朗地舖呎價5.7萬

消息指，元朗牡丹街15至23號康德閣地下9號舖新近成交，面積約950方呎，成交價約5,400萬元，折合呎價約5.7萬元。

原業主為印度船王Chellaram家族，其於2014年中以3.628億元向新地購入一籃子舖位，總面積達7,490方呎。及後將物業拆分4件先後售出，合共套現約3.6億元，賬面蝕約200萬元。
