香港文匯報訊美聯商業營業董事劉志威表示，該行獨家代理北角萬國寶通中心中層單位租賃，單位面積約2,459方呎，意向呎租29元。

該物業現時極少空置，只有兩個分別為5,000及6,000方呎大單位放租，意向呎租約34至37元。由於此盤源為少數非大業主持有單位，故意向租金較其他租盤便宜。上述放租單位連現成裝修，對一般中小型租戶具吸引力。

萬國寶通中心位於北角威非路道18號，大廈於1983年落成，樓高37層，由於物業已全面翻新玻璃幕牆，加上鄰近港鐵炮台山站，交通便利，在區內甲級商廈具一定競爭力。
