香港文匯報訊　第一太平戴維斯獲為業主委託公開招標出售西營盤皇后大道西421號華明中心商用單位及兩層停車場共58個車位，意向價15億元。華明中心於1985年落成，第一太平戴維斯副董事總經理兼投資部主管袁志光表示：是次放售的物業是港島區僅有面積達140,000方呎的商用物業，不單面積較大而最接近港鐵，定能吸引投資的青睞。
