香港文匯報訊　自政府公佈「起動九龍東」計劃以來，吸引投資者用家購置觀塘具潛力的商廈及工廈。萊斯物業陳凌英梅表示，日前為一投資客物色觀塘偉業街振邦工業大廈6樓全層，單位面積3,300方呎，成交金額990萬元，平均呎價3,000元。原業主帳面獲利850萬元，升值超過6倍。該投資者表示購入該單位作自用投資。

陳凌英梅續稱，對於該區工廈投資前景十分樂觀，觀塘區已逐漸轉型為工商綜合區，更受惠啟德郵輪碼頭效應，未來有沙中線港鐵站出口在該區，投資價值大大提升。
