The developer’s intention sq ft price of the floor units earlier was between HKD 13,000 and HKD 14,000 and the intention sq ft price for units connecting with platform on top floor was HKD 20,000.

Source told, China Overseas’ The Grandeur in Kowloon Tong plans to open the sample flat by appointment method to honoured guests tomorrow. The project has 28 units which are in ready. The cover areas of them are from 2,800 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft. The intention sq ft price is HKD 20,000 and the admission is about HKD 56 million.

The intention sq ft price of them is HKD 15,000 and the admission is HKD 15 million. The project supplies 104 units of which the layouts are 1-4 rooms.

Thereinto, total 193 units in The Graces of Tai Po and total 78 units in Avery, Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City are planed to be put on sale in season 1. New World’s The Signature in Tai Hang sold 3 duplex mansions recently including 2 units connecting with terrace on to floor. The sale prices of them are from HKD 146.13 million to HKD 154.362 million and the sq ft prices are between HKD 36,225 and HKD 38,265. These two were all bought by local buyers. The related fund was about HKD 450 million. The project has accumulatively sold 65 units taking more than HKD 3.27 billion cash in.
