業主收回太極大樓物業

香港文匯報訊 近日兩地股市持續波動,歐美經濟前景不明朗,加上美國聯儲局表明今年底前會有加息壓力,導致本港物業投資氣氛轉趨淡靜。由中原(工商舖)商舖部獨家代理以公開招標形式出售的尖沙咀柯士甸道太極大樓一籃子物業,剛於昨日截標,項目接獲標書但因出價未符業主要求,故業主決定暫時收回物業,並交由該行作獨家代理跟進事宜。

昨截標出價未符要求

於昨日截標的物業位於尖沙咀柯士甸道132至134號太極大樓一籃子物業,合共全幢81.25%業權,地盤面積約5,457方呎,以現狀及連租約方式交易。項目早前曾獲多間發展商注目,研究其重建發展潛力。

該行商舖部高級營業董事蔡志聰表示,市場預期歐美經濟陰霾可望於短期內釋疑,加上下半年深港通推行在即,勢將有利資金重回本港物業投資市場,相信太極大樓的罕有、重建可塑及貴重程度,仍會吸引市場注目。
