香港置業奧運站帝柏海灣分行營業經理周栢達表示，該行日前促成一宗柏景灣一個2房戶的租賃成交，租出單位為柏景灣7座低層E室，實用面積約449平方呎，建築面積約618平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東北望市景，業主原叫租約$2萬，最終雙方議價後以約$1.9萬承租，實用呎租約$42.3，建築呎租約$30.7。
資料顯示，原業主於2007年8月以約$275萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報約8.3厘。
