中原地產大埔康樂園分行高級資深分區營業經理吳啟業表示，租出單位為大圍柏傲莊一期3B座中層F室租賃成交，單位實用面積306平方呎，1房間隔，開價約$1.95萬，日前雙方議價後以$1.88萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$61.4。
據了解，新租客為2名內地男學生，見屋苑樓齡較新，交通方便，配套完善，即決定以先付一年租金方式租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2020年以$774萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.9厘租金回報。
