東涌東環高層2房 議價約$13萬沽

美聯物業東涌藍天海岸分行首席助理聯席董事田國輝表示，促成成交單位為東涌東環2B座高層07室，實用面積約453平方呎，屬2房間隔，議價後終以$732.8萬促成交易，較原先叫價減約$13萬，實用平均呎價$16,176。

 

據了解，原業主在2015年9月以約$515.7萬於一手市場購入上址單位，持貨逾6年，帳面賺約$217萬，物業升值約42%。
