東方表行8680萬賣舖轉租

　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）舖位旺市下，東方表行(0398)宣布，以8,680萬元向許雪青或其代理人出售中環德輔道中160號通用商業大廈C座地下及閣樓之物業，該物業地下實用樓面面積約為459方呎，閣樓約為406方呎，現由東方表行用作零售店。

　根據協議，東方表行同意向許雪青租回該物業(閣樓除外)，租期2年，由今年12月21日至2014年12月20日止，月租21.7萬元，不包括差餉、管理費及地租，即實用面積呎租473元。

德輔道中地舖月租21.7萬

　東方表行會把出售物業所得款項用作額外一般營運資金。
