Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po (Reporter Leung Yuk Cum)As the Lunar New Year is approaching,the new property sales are still eager to fight for the buyers,the third batch 192 units of Double-Cove-Starview which located in Ma On Shan have started to accept the registrations starting from yesterday to today,as of 7:00 last night,have received a total of about 1,800 votes,recorded 8.4 times over-registrations.As the response of receiving votes of the three new property sales which located in Kowloon are different yesterday,the new batch 12 units of DUNBAR PLACE of the Swire group which located in Ho Man Tin,have received 13 votes finally,the new batch 20 units of The Long Beach which located in Tai Kok Tsui have received 23 votes in total,these two properties have recorded over-registrations and started the sale today respectively.And the 31 units of Chatham Gate of new earth which located in Hung Hom received more than 400 votes,recorded 12 times over-registrations,and will be on sale tomorrow .
Henderson Land General Manager ( a ) Department of Business Lam Dak Man said,Double-Cove-Starview which located in Ma On Shan have launched out 202 extra units on sale last night,including 192 units will have lottery tomorrow,and will be on sale at 11:00 Sunday,in addition,the prospective buyers of 10 special units need to register at 5:30pm to 6:45pm on Sunday,and will be on sale in form of balloting in the same day,this batch of units with an area of 480 feet to 1,380 feet,priced from HKD $5.328 million to HKD $2.0664 ten million,HKD $10,720 to HKD $15,178 per sq.ft and the preferential are same as before,so this batch of units have all sold out,as calculated according to the price of the price list,the market capitalization of approximately HKD $1.6 ten billion.
Characteristics units of Double-Cove-Starview will be on sale in Sunday night
He also said that Double-Cove-Starview have sold 349 units so far,cashed in about HKD $2.1 ten billion,and the second batch 176 units which have launched on sale at 5:00pm last night,7:45pm at night have all been subscribed,cashed in about HKD $1.1 ten billion.And the process this time was much faster than the process of the first time,buyers who come from outside the region have increased,also there are a buyer have bought three units in one time,also there are Hong Kong people who is living in Shanghai said that after buying one unit,will also enter the vote i order to buy another unit in the next round of sale.
The Summa won't launch out the extra sale before the Lunar New Year
The executive director of Kerry Properties Chu Yip Pu said,The Summa which located in Sai Ying Pun have sold 37 units in the past six days,cashed in about HKD $8.0 billion,together with Altitude which located in Happy Valley also sold three units,the Group's property sales revenue of nearly HKD $1.0 ten billion,reflecting the market still have demand on the luxury market,the mansion market which have early stalled in the past year,under the cumulative purchasing power,luxury market is now starting.However,he pointed out that based on little new supply in the region,the property have formed a good complete set,so the group in no hurry to launch out the sale of The Summa,and will not launch out the remaining units of the The Summa before the Lunar New Year.As for the other three new property sales of the year plans includes Ede Road,Kowloon Tong,La Salle Road and Sha Tin Kau To Shan project,and planned will be put up for sale as originally.
Swire Properties spokesman said about the sale of the new batch 12 units of DUNBAR PLACE today,have received 13 votes registered,as just focus on the size and nature of the property,felt satisfied on the number of registrations received,also the reaction of buyers to this property sale is positive.
Wang On Group Limited announced that The Met. Focus of it's group project which located in Hung Hom have approved the occupation permit last December,and the project has commenced delivery of the unit this month,and all the units and shops of the project have sold out.The group noted that the superstructure work of The Met. Sublime which is the project located in Sai Ying Pun have been progressing,it is expected the project will be completed this year.Currently,the group is planning the The Met. Delight project which located in Cheung Sha Wan.As for the commercial buildings,the group is a developing the project which located in No.726 Nathan Road,Mongkok and other Ginza projects actively.
