　據了解，申請人為晉財有限公司及廣堅有限公司，而地段內只有8份業權，申請人已集其中7份，佔87.5%，餘下1伙的持有人為P & J Investment Holdings Limited。據了解，地盤佔地約1,796呎，毗鄰朗廷軒，對面為百利達廣場，現址建有2幢4層高住宅物業，有共用樓梯，於1954年落成，只有8個單位，包括2個地下單位為零售用途。
