香港置業將軍澳天晉三期分行首席高級營業經理傅志煌表示，該行剛促成一宗該屋苑買賣成交，售出單位為旭輝臺2座低層D室，實用面積約611平方呎，建築面積795平方呎，屬3房1套間隔，向東望園景，單位以$666萬放盤，由於業主須要負責成交前補地價約20%，故雙方經議價後減價$31萬，以約$635萬成交，實用呎價約$10,393 ，建築呎價約$7,987。
