日出康城MALIBU第1A座累減$345萬以$855萬成交

美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，日出康城MALIBU本月暫錄5宗成交個案，成交單位為MALIBU第1A座頂層單位，實用面積約453平方呎，並連約197平方呎天台，屬於2房間隔，業主開價$1,200萬，其後經過多次減價，最終以$855萬成交，累減$345萬，減幅逾28%，折合實用呎價$18,874。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年6月以$925.7萬一手購入單位，是次轉手帳面蝕$70.7萬，若連同洗費預計蝕逾$110萬。
