美聯物業 - 林浩德經理表示，隨著港元拆息的回落，置業人士的供樓負擔有所減輕，促使更多人加快入市步伐。特別是在日出康城領都，本月的交投情况明顯轉旺，至今已錄得7宗成交，較上月同期的3宗成交上升了133%。

最近，該行促成了領凱11座低層LD室的二手成交，該單位實用面積為729平方呎，配置為3房套連儲物室間隔，由外區首置客以$630萬承接，實用呎價為$8,642，這比市價低約10%。

林浩德進一步指出，該單位原來的叫價為$720萬，放盤大約兩個月。外區首置客被該單位的價格吸引，經過兩次看樓後即決定以$630萬購入單位作自住用途。原業主於2015年以$599萬購入該單位，持有約10年，是次轉手賺取了約$31萬。扣除各項交易費用後，近乎是平手離場。
