新香港人1.48億大手狂掃啟德26伙 DOUBLE COAST I、維港．雙鑽錄「一客十食」

近日樓市整體氣氛略顯靜態，不過大手客仍然活躍。據悉昨日有集團大客戶於啟德跑道區大舉購入26伙住宅單位，總投資超過1.48億港元，涉及的物業包括DOUBLE COAST I、維港．雙鑽及啟德海灣第1期，使昨日一手樓市錄得約41宗買賣，成為本月單日成交量最高的一天。據悉該組大手買家為新香港人。

當中DOUBLE COAST I的成交尤為引人注目，該大手客「一客十食」連購10伙，同日DOUBLE COAST I共錄得16宗買賣，佔全日成交量近四成。會德豐地產副主席兼常務董事黃光耀表示，該10伙單位包括5伙1房及5伙2房，成交價由551.7萬至768.6萬元，呎價由17,241至17,809元，總金額超過6,618萬元。為了迎合市場的熱烈反應，DOUBLE COAST I即將於本周日推出11伙新單位，面積從320至627平方呎，折實售價介乎569.8萬至1,304.6萬港元。

此外，該大手客亦大掃10伙維港．雙鑽，全部均為1房單位，實用面積介乎300至305方呎，成交金額由509.2萬至529.2萬元，呎價16,872元至17,457元，合共約5,200萬元。
