浪澄灣傳收500票
雖然浪澄灣封盤多年,但貨尾單位仍多達1,200伙,為近年主力在內地發展的恒隆在港主要住宅盤源。消息指,樓盤上周六重開示範單位後,吸引大批準買家前往參觀,代理並即日收票約300張,連同周日估計合共收票達500張,反應不俗。除浪澄灣外,另一大型新盤屯門站上蓋瓏門亦估計一周至兩周內開售,兩大新盤勢必有一番「激戰」。
大型新盤推出,分薄市場購買力,過去兩日一手只錄得16宗成交,其中亮賢居受惠浪澄灣重推的消息帶動,亦沽出3伙,而太古地產西半山珒然亦沽出一個高層單位,美聯聯席區域經理方敏兒表示,單位面積2,728方呎,成交價7,756.6萬元,呎價28,433元。信置大埔天賦海灣亦錄成交,單位為9座中層B室,面積2,168方呎,以呎價12,800元獲一名外區買家承接,成交價2,775萬元。
