Hong Kong 's Wen Wei Po The sentiment of the property market changed everytime,the owners have widened the bargaining space in order to sell their units,Lions Rise in Wong Tai Sin and Festival City in Tai Wai have appeared transactions with a loss continuously and the new properties in New Territories which launched out the property sales continuously have also recorded second-hand property transactions with a discounted price.Of which there are units in Yuen Long Verde have split HKD $880,000 of the price and sold,Tuen Mun Area which located nearby have driven by the trend of discounting the price,so the properties with a price of HKD $2.00 million in the region have increased and the latest transaction unit was located in Lai Po Building,with an area of 248 ft and sold in HKD $1.755 million.
Centaline Ng Wai Lok said that the number of the units of Lions Rise in Wong Tai Sin which put up for sale have increased,as for the units with two-bedroom interval with an admission fee of about HKD $7.0 million and recently recorded two transactions with a loss.Of which the unit which located in Flat B,Upper Floor,Tower 5A,with an utility area of 570 feet,two-bedroom interval and sold in HKD $7.2 million,equivalent to HKD $12,632 per sq.feet.The original owners bought the unit with the price of HKD $7.907 million in May 2011.
