香港文匯報訊（記者梁偉聰）樓市雖有下行風險，但發展商仍然如期推盤。新世界與恒地合作的上環單幢項目「瑧璈」最快本周上樓書，並以貼市價開售。新世界營業及市務高級總監楊文昨日表示，將於中環娛樂行設1個1房及1個2房交樓標準示範單位。

瑧璈項目位於上環德輔道西321號，單位面積約介乎300至700方呎，主打兩房，佔68伙，開放式及一房各設46伙，三房單位則有23伙，另有8伙特色戶，合共提供191伙。楊文表示，近期樓價調整對長遠發展是健康，故是好事，而新盤的定價將參考同區一手單位。

另楊文透露，旗下西環Eight South Lane上月入伙至今已累錄50宗租務成交，實用呎租53至60元。北角柏傲山已售95%單位，尚餘20伙貨尾。他表示，旗下西源里項目料最快於年底推出。
