　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 本港經濟發展持續理想，推動工廈物業的租務交投上升。中原(工商舖)工商部營業董事盧偉德表示，市場最近錄得一宗觀塘冠力工業大廈的買賣成交，成交單位為中層1及2室，合共面積約2,458平方呎，以連租約形式易手，成交價約664萬元，折合呎價約2,700元。買家為區內投資者，按每月全包租金2.65萬元及易手價計，上址回報約4.8厘。原業主於2009年9月以每平方呎約2,200元購入，持貨近1年半，現轉手獲利約123萬元，單位升值約23%。
