投資者羅守輝2350萬增持工廈

近期工商舖投資氣氛氣勢如虹,不但活躍投資者頻頻入市,連久未出手的財團如萬泰企業及晉利金融地產等亦有出手。新近資深投資者羅守輝再度增持物業,以約2,350萬元購入觀塘樂居工業大廈一個單位,全年買入之工商舖物業共涉資逾15億元。

中原(工商舖)岑威雄表示,投資者羅守輝新近以約2,350萬元買入觀塘鴻圖道6至8號樂居工業大廈M層A室,面積約8,500方呎,平均呎價2,800元,略低於市值。原業主為教會,一直作自用,單位現以交吉形式易手。

本年掃貨累計逾15億元

中原(工商舖)戴錦輝表示,羅氏於本年度積極入市,至今累積買入多項工商舖物業,涉資逾15億元。羅氏於今年購入的部分物業包括葵涌興芳路龍騰大廈全幢、葵涌葵昌路美和工業大廈5層樓面、筲箕灣南安街1至7號地下B部分號舖和一樓及外牆以及筲箕灣南安街61號地下一籃子舖。
