投資者併購紅磡地舖

 香港文匯報訊(記者 周穎)受惠於沙中線以及交通網絡概念的紅磡區近日接連錄得成交及放售個案。美聯工商助理營業董事吳偉華表示,紅磡民裕街32至40號榮業大廈地下A室,面積約6,000呎,成交額4,700萬,呎價7,833元。買家為區內長線投資者,看好區內配套成熟但呎價仍屬低水,早前已經斥資逾2,000萬購入毗鄰D室單位。

 另外,吳氏表示,該行剛獲業主委託代理位於鶴翔街維港中心1座低層5室至6室的放售,樓面面積6,664平方呎,意向呎價3,280元,意向額2,185萬元,以交吉形式交易,按現時平均呎租約13元推算,租金回報可望達至約4.7厘。
