弼街巨舖意向1.8億

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 零售市道持續造好，吸引業主趁勢將商舖物業推出市場標售，旺角弼街69號巨型地舖，業主意向價1.8億元，截標日期為12月22日(星期四)。

1500呎舖連多年租約

　中原(工商舖)商舖部高級營業董事鍾正求昨表示，旺角弼街69號地下，建築面積約1,500平方呎，以連租約形式標售，業主意向價1.8億元。現租客為卓悅化妝，死約期至2014年4月，每月租金38萬元，租約屆滿可續租至2017年4月，屆時每月租金將上調至逾43萬元水平。若按業主意向價易手計算，料上址租金回報將調升至近3厘。
