　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）旺區商廈成交搶手，市傳九龍彌敦道528號康佑大廈全幢，以5億元易手，呎價逾1.8萬元。資料顯示，物業樓高12層，總樓面約2.75萬方呎。

業主持貨5個月賺1億

　據悉，原業主於今年3月以4億元購入，如成交屬實，持貨5個月，獲利1億元，物業升幅25%。

　美聯羅志明表示，大角咀福全工業大廈中層A室，單位面積約3,000平方呎，成交金額約688萬，呎價約2,293元。原業主於6月中旬以約615萬購入，持貨只有個多月獲利約73萬，升幅超逾1成。據悉，買家為經營服式批發行業，原於同區設有寫字樓，其後因應業務而購入上址作擴充之用。

　中原何淑貞表示，九龍灣康宏廣場806室以交吉形式成交，單位面積1,751平方呎，成交價1,838.5萬元，呎價1.05萬元。原業主於去年底以呎價9,500元，約1,663.4萬購入，持貨半年獲利逾175萬元。
