工廈車位登記連跌兩個月

事黃良昇指出,5月工廈車位買賣登記錄得32宗及5,113萬元,較4月的51宗及6,280萬元下跌37.3%及18.6%。宗數連跌2個月,累跌近4成,但金額連續3個月維持於50億元水平以上,反映工廈車位市況平穩。

上月登記金額最高的個案為黃竹坑長德工業大廈,錄得2宗總值1,290萬元。其次為荃灣海盛路11號One Midtown,錄得5宗總值693.5萬元。而荃灣海盛路3號TML Tower則錄得2宗,總值585萬元,排列第3位。

分區按月統計,只有港島區的工廈車位登記金額錄得按月升幅,5月錄得2宗及1,290萬元,全部來自黃竹坑長德工業大廈。比較4月的數字,5月份宗數維持不變,金額則大幅上升近1.5倍。九龍區錄得4宗及537萬元,宗數及金額均按月下跌約三分之一。新界區錄得26宗及3,286萬元,按月下跌39.5%及33.6%。
