屯門NOVO LAND2房獲大學生租客以月租$1.75萬承接

美聯物業-周麗萍經理表示，該行剛促成屯門NOVO LAND 1B期Bergen 2座中樓D室租盤，單位實用面積約465平方呎，屬2房間隔，獲大學生租客以月租$1.75萬承接，實用面積平均呎租約$37.6，是繼去年一宗兩房戶以約1.7萬元月租承接後再創新高價成交。

周麗萍指出，由於內地學生來港讀書，對租盤需求殷切，而隨著租務高峰期來臨，部分優質租盤更為受捧，而NOVO LAND於去年錄得一宗兩房以月租$1.7萬成交後，剛由該行促成一宗月租$1.75萬的兩房戶成交，租客為區內大學生租客，鍾情屋苑具規模及配套完善，並方便上學，故承租單位。

據了解，業主於2022年8月以約$696.9萬購入上址，按現時租金水平計算，租金回報率3厘。NOVO LAND本月至今不足一周，租務成交已錄得近20宗，而預計暑期租務旺季，屋苑租務將更趨活躍。
