祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前分行錄得一宗屯門豐景園的租賃個案，租金回報率高達3.4厘。
黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為3座高層7室，實用面積342呎，兩房一廳，據悉，租客為區內客，鍾情單位附有企理裝修，而且房間景觀可望開揚河景，加上屋苑鄰近小朋友學校，方便往返，遂便決定以月租$9800租入，以實用面積計算呎租為$28.7。
黃氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$347萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.4厘。
