祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前分行促成一宗時代廣場「即睇即租」的成交個案，所錄成交單位A座低層6室，實用面積314平方呎，兩房一廳，業主有$500的議價空間，租客遂便決定以$1.1萬「即睇即租」，以實用面積計算呎租$35。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$346萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.8厘。
