美聯物業屯門豫豐花園分行營業經理顧耀彬表示，該行新近促成屯門新都大廈B座低層3室，實用面積442平方呎，2房單位，間隔方正易擺傢私。據了解，租客心儀單位呎數及間隔實用，以月租$1.05萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$23.8。

據悉，業主於2019年中以$448萬購入上述單位，持貨逾3年，以是次租金計算，租賃回報逾2.8厘。
