屯門新屯門中心4座低層以$1.58萬租出回報率高達4.5厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前屯門新屯門中心錄得一宗區內客「即睇即租」的成交個案，成交單位為4座低層D室，實用面積603平方呎，三房一廳，減租700元，遂便決定「即睇即租」，以月租$1.58萬承租單位，平均呎租為$26.2。

黃氏續稱，若以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$418萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.5厘。
