祥益地產高級客戶經理陳阿麗表示，日前分行促成一宗屯門悅湖山莊的租賃成交個案，所錄成交單位為6座低層Ｂ室，實用面積592平方呎，三房兩廳，以月租$1.28萬承租單位，以實用面積計算呎租$21.6。

陳氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$388萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
