祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前分行促成一宗屯門悅湖山莊2座低層H室租賃成交，實用面積592平方呎。鍾情上述屋苑鄰近原住所，方便往返視察裝修進度，而且單位內籠企理，加上業主減租$1,000，租客考慮到周邊可短租樓盤選擇不多，遂便決定以月租$1.2萬承租單位並一次過預繳租期內的租金，實用面積平均呎租$20.3。
黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$510萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率達2.8厘。
