屯門悅湖山莊三房以居二市場價以$410萬成交

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前錄得一宗屯門居屋悅湖山莊獲區內首置客的買賣成交個案，所錄成交單位為「鳳凰層」戶，實用面積592平方呎，三房兩廳，原業主增加議幅，減價$10萬，遂便決定以$410萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$6926。

原業主於1993年以約$96.3萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$313.7萬，單位升值逾3倍易手。
