屯門弦海高層開放式戶月租$8300 租金回報率達2.7厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前該分行促成一宗弦海的租賃成交個案，該單位之租金回報率達2.7厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為高層M室，實用面積187呎，開放式間隔。租客為區內客，主要鍾情該屋苑屬區內半新物業，屋苑附設會所設施，而且有交通工具直達工作地點，十分方便，加上單位內附發展商裝修及傢電，業主亦有輕微議價空間，租客遂便決定以$8300承租，以實用面積計算呎租$44.4。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$363萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率達2.7厘。
