祥益地產-黎宗文董事表示,分行促成一宗屯門南浪海灣1座高層H室,實用面積840平方呎,3房。租客為同區租客,有感原住所空間不足,因此決定物色大單位搬遷,鍾情單位為3房戶,而且附雅裝,加上業主有少量議幅,租客考慮到熟悉區內環境以及方便搬遷等因素,決定以月租$2.2萬承租上址,實用面積平均呎租$26.2。

黃氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估值約$827萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率達3.2厘。
