香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）元朗屏山朗屏路及朗天路以北一幅面積約91.2萬方呎的土地，有財團向城規會申請發展住宅。地皮位於白花村及振興新村的北面，現劃為「綜合發展區」地帶，擬以0.4倍地積比率，可建樓面約364,747方呎，計劃發展166幢3層高物業，提供422個單位。申請人表示，項目將以兩個發展階段進行，首期在2021年完工，第二期在2022年完工。
