香港文匯報訊 (記者顏倫樂) 彭氏家族持有的錦平有限公司，旗下尖沙咀嘉碧大廈19個寫字樓單位決定放售，該批單位涉及該大廈53.1%業權。嘉碧大廈為一幢樓高15層的商廈，鄰近佐敦港鐵站，總樓面約29,943方呎，出租率約九成，是次放售單位合共樓面約17,923方呎。

錦平高級副總裁彭承輝透露，該19個商業單位意向價約1.3億元，呎價約7,253元。

錦平於市場一向作風低調，對上一次已為兩年前為北角錦平中心招租。事隔一年突然放售旗下物業，被問到是否不看好香港經濟及樓市前景時，彭承輝回應，今次只是重新調整投資組合，希望再買入更優質的物業，而之後看市況變化，再決定是否再出售旗下其他物業，強調大前提是把物業架構優化。
