「小巴大王」2.8億購大埔酒樓

　未停。市場消息指出，「小巴大王」馬亞木及有關人士以2.8億元向恒基購入大埔寶湖道三號寶湖花園彩福酒樓，涉及總樓面面積逾2.5萬平方呎，現時月租金收入64萬元，租金回報約3.6厘。

　市傳資深投資者尹柏權再度入市。美聯何漢明表示，彌敦道534號地下3號舖以2.75億元成交，面積3,400方呎。原業主為「低調鞋王」鄺海鑾，於2007年透過輝啟有限公司以6,500萬元購入。另外，周啟邦夫人早前以1.2億元購入的觀塘俊匯中心餐飲樓層及車位現正放售，意向呎價1.1萬元。中原(工商舖)謝立生表示，項目包括6樓全層連兩個廣告位及10個私家車車位，涉及總建築面積11,382方呎，意向呎價1.1萬元，涉及金額1.25億元。

　土地註冊處資料顯示，灣仔慶雲街一列舊樓於4月以1.46億元易手，登記買家為創光國際有限公司，其公司董事為李建華及容玉儀。原業主於2009年8月以6,500萬元購入，物業升幅1.24倍。中環雪廠街鑽石會大廈9樓A、B室以5,300萬元成交，面積2,750方呎，呎價19,273元。買家為港交所執行總監霍廣文的胞弟霍廣行，霍廣行又為壹傳媒獨立執行董事。原業主於2002年以合共915萬元購入，物業升值近4.8倍。
