香港置業將軍澳-將軍澳新樓專組(3)助理分區市務董事(銷售)陳浩源表示，日前促成將軍澳Monterey 5座中層J室，實用面積約584平方呎，2房連儲物室間隔，向正北，減價$90萬，以$1,060萬易主，實用面積平均呎價$18,151，低市價約3%。
據了解，買家為首置客，心儀單位有正常梗廚房，而且儲物房位置適合，故睇樓2次後入市。原業主於2017年4月以約$727.5萬購入上述單位，是次轉售帳面賺約$332.5萬，物業升值約45%。
