美聯物業將軍澳POPCORN分行助理聯席董事羅敬業表示，租出單位為將軍澳維景灣畔2座中高層G室，實用面積784平方呎，3房連套房及工人套間隔，內櫳企理，租金水平合理，吸引外區客承租，每月租金$2.8萬，實用面積平均呎租約$36。

據悉，業主於2007年12月斥資約$570萬購得，按現水平租金計，回報率約6厘。
