美聯物業將軍澳康城分行高級分區營業經理劉世華表示,該行近日促成將軍澳峻瀅II一座低層E室,實用面積510平方1呎,2房間隔,早前開價$638萬放盤,新近略減$8萬,獲用家以$630萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,353。他補充,買家認為峻瀅II樓齡新外,周邊環境清幽,而且步行至港鐵康城站亦不算遠,樓價較為低水,故選擇購入上述單位。
據悉,原業主於2017年以$494萬購入上述單位,持貨超過5年時間,帳面獲利$136萬,單位升值約28%。
