美聯物業將軍澳康城分行高級分區營業經理劉世華表示，該行近日促成將軍澳峻瀅II一座低層E室，實用面積510平方1呎，2房間隔，早前開價$638萬放盤，新近略減$8萬，獲用家以$630萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,353。他補充，買家認為峻瀅II樓齡新外，周邊環境清幽，而且步行至港鐵康城站亦不算遠，樓價較為低水，故選擇購入上述單位。
據悉，原業主於2017年以$494萬購入上述單位，持貨超過5年時間，帳面獲利$136萬，單位升值約28%。
