世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外「白居二」買家以$206萬，購入將軍澳寶林邨寶德樓高層22室，實用面積381平方呎，單位望開揚山景，較業主於本年二月放盤$228萬，累減$22萬，減幅達9%，折合實用呎價為$5,407，原業主於2005年11月以約$18.4萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨19年帳面獲利$187.6萬，市價大幅跳升10倍以上。

魏仕良續指，另一名區外「白居二」買家，以$175萬購入將軍澳寶林邨寶智樓高層23室，實用面積381平方呎，單位望市景，較業主於本年三月放盤叫價$200萬，累減25萬，減幅達12%，折合實用呎價為$4,593，原業主於2018年6月以約$36.8萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，短短6年間帳面勁升$138.2萬，市值急升3.7倍。
